This Refund Policy is provided by Prime Digital Project Limited (Company Registration No: 17035923), trading as cuzimg.com, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
As our Services involve the purchase of digital tokens used exclusively to generate AI-produced images, specific rules apply regarding your right to cancel and receive refunds under UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction date and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet used any tokens from the purchased package. By proceeding with a token purchase and using one or more tokens to generate images, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is extinguished upon first use, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you have purchased a token package and have not used any tokens, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted where the request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date and no tokens from the purchased package have been used. Refunds will not be issued where any tokens have been partially or fully consumed; where the 14-day cancellation period has expired; or for any bonus, gifted, or promotional tokens provided free of charge.
Non-refundable items include partially or fully used token packages; gift cards and promotional codes; tokens purchased under discounted or promotional pricing; and any tokens already consumed in generating images.
Technical Errors
If tokens were deducted due to a verified technical fault on our part and no image was successfully delivered, those tokens will be automatically refunded to your account balance without the need to contact us. If the automatic refund does not occur within 24 hours, please contact us at info@cuzimg.com with your account details, the date and time of the failed generation, and a description of the error.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email info@cuzimg.com with your registered email address, your order reference number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed approval, please first check your bank or card account, as processing times may vary. Then contact your payment provider or card issuer. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@cuzimg.com and we will investigate further.
Sale and Promotional Tokens
Only standard-priced token packages are eligible for refund under this policy. Tokens purchased under a promotional, discounted, or limited-time offer are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
Exchanges
Token packages cannot be exchanged for alternative packages once purchased. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your tokens or using the platform, please contact info@cuzimg.com and our team will assist you as promptly as possible.
Gifts
Digital gift cards and gifted token packages are non-refundable. Where a token package was purchased as a gift and a refund is approved in accordance with this policy, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method only.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described remain fully unaffected by this policy.
